We craft this gluten free blondie using a sophisticated blend of Ruby and white Belgian chocolate callets to create a creamy and vibrant base. Every batch is handcrafted in our Bicester kitchen to ensure a dense and fudgy texture that remains completely safe for a gluten free diet. This blondie offers a truly gourmet experience that elevates the art of artisan baking.

Care Instructions

Our Brownies will keep fresh for around 7 days. If you’re not eating your Brownie straight away then pop it in the fridge or keep it in a cool place to keep it fresh for as long as possible. Don’t leave in direct heat or sunlight. Remember to take your cake out of the fridge around an hour before you plan on eating it as we never recommend eating it straight from the fridge. They're always best at room temperature!
