Shipping policy

Every one of our cakes is made fresh to order!
Orders received after 10am will be created and dispatched the next business day using Royal Mail to ensure you’re getting the freshest possible product. Orders received on a Friday will be created on Sunday ready for dispatch on Monday.
Once dispatched, your order will be with you the next working day.

CANCELLATION
In order to receive a full refund, if you choose to cancel your order, we require your cancellation confirmation two working days before your chosen delivery date.
 
QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY ISSUES
At BrownieMacs we take food safety and product quality extremely seriously.
If you suspect there is an issue with your order then please send an email to the following address within 24 hours, making sure to attach images clearly showing the issue(s), alongside a clear explanation of the issue(s). Please also make sure to add your order number :-)

You may be required to send your product back to us at your own expense in to order receive a full refund. Please be aware that all refunds are at the discretion of BrownieMacs.


INACCURATE PERSONAL DETAILS
We understand that mistakes happen but we are unfortunately unable to re-ship products if you have entered the wrong information. We ask you to please double-check your personal information before making your purchase.
On the rare occasion that we ship to the wrong address and the fault is ours, we will re-send the product free of additional charge.
