We blend high quality Belgian white chocolate with generous amounts of lemon zest and smooth Sicilian lemon curd to create a deep and citrus forward flavour. Plump, juicy blueberries provide a burst of sweetness that complements the zingy lemon profile, while Madagascan vanilla adds a final layer of aromatic perfection.
This gluten free treat is handcrafted in our Bicester kitchen to ensure a dense and indulgent texture that remains light on the palate.

Our Brownies will keep fresh for around 7 days. If you’re not eating your Brownie straight away then pop it in the fridge or keep it in a cool place to keep it fresh for as long as possible. Don’t leave in direct heat or sunlight. Remember to take your cake out of the fridge around an hour before you plan on eating it as we never recommend eating it straight from the fridge. They're always best at room temperature!
