The Salted Caramel Brownie is a masterclass in the balance of sweet and savoury notes. We create this gluten free slab for those who appreciate a sophisticated flavour profile, using the finest caramel Belgian chocolate to achieve a deep and buttery foundation. 

Each square is infused with our secret salted caramel sauce and finished with a delicate dusting of flaked sea salt to enhance the richness of the cocoa. Handcrafted in our Bicester kitchen, this brownie delivers a melt in the mouth experience that is both indulgent and memorable.

Ingredients

Chocolate, Eggs, Milk, Sugar, Butter, Flour (gluten-free) and Salted Caramel. Please note that this Brownie is not suitable for Vegans.

Care Instructions

Our Brownies will keep fresh for around 7 days. If you’re not eating your Brownie straight away then pop it in the fridge or keep it in a cool place to keep it fresh for as long as possible. Don’t leave in direct heat or sunlight. Remember to take your cake out of the fridge around an hour before you plan on eating it as we never recommend eating it straight from the fridge. They're always best at room temperature!
